The King returned after a few days.
A spear had pierced his head
The King grew ashamed.
He thought his kingdom would never trust him.
They wouldn't admire him.
But then, the townsfolk approached silently.
They climbed the giant king and embraced his wounds.
The fear was the cure to the fear.
He realized that they understood.
He understood that they were grateful to their king.
The King started to come down.
Down to their size.
Maybe smaller.
But they needed him w i d e awake.
One day, the townsfolk understood that the king had to set out on adventure.
They would patiently wait for his return.
Or for their turn to leave.
